Spring Cleaning Your Closets? YAH’s are holding another Frenchie’s Sale on Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11 and are looking for women’s and girls’ clothing and accessories. Drop off will be Thursday, May 9 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday, May 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. You can also contact Judi Olson-Chiswell, Melissa Davidson, or Gloria Saindon for more details.
Just a reminder that Tot Time is cancelled for Wednesday, March 27th for Spring Break. See you April 2nd.
The UCW will no longer be holding rummage sales. There are many places that will take our “stuff”. Please see the poster in the narthex for more information.
Lent/Easter at Windsor Park United Church
March 31 – Lent 4 Worship at 10:30 a.m.
April 7 – Lent 5 Worship (Communion) at 10:30 a.m.
April 14 – Palm Sunday Worship at 10:30 a.m.
April 19 – Good Friday Worship at 10:30 a.m.
April 21 – Easter Worship at 10:30 a.m.
Easter Remembrance – Place an Easter Lily in the Sanctuary in celebration of a loved one’s memory. These lilies will enhance our worship during our Easter Service on April 21st. Lilies can be purchased at most grocery stores or local florists. The “In Memoriam” list will be printed in our Easter Sunday bulletin. A sign up sheet is in the Narthex.
The Spring Dinner is happening Sunday, April 28 at 5:00 p.m. Entertainment for the evening is Double the Trouble. Ticket prices are $15.00 for adults, $12.00 for youth (13-17 years), $10.00 for children (6-12 years), children 5 years and under are free. Tickets go on sale March 31st.
Your help is needed for clean up after the Spring Dinner. Sign up sheet is in the narthex.
The Open Meeting of the UCW invite one and all to attend Monday, April 29, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to hear The Honourable Janice Filmon, C.M., O.M., our 25th Lieutenant Governor, speak of her years of volunteer work. Feel free to bring a friend.
