Join the Worship Choir for Advent! We will be practicing music for the season of Advent starting on Thursday, November 14 from 7:45 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. All are Welcome!
Membership and Pastoral Care is asking for donations for the upcoming Alzheimer’s workshop on November 16. They require cheese for 30 people, small fruit tray, 2 one-litre orange juice, and 2 one-litre apple juice. Please drop off donations on Friday, November 15 between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. Sign-up sheet in the narthex.
On November 18th, Windsor Park United Church is providing lunch for 150 to 200 people at West Broadway Community Ministry. We are looking for donations of cookies, rice krispie squares, and soft fruit such as bananas. Chocolate chip cookies are always popular. If you are able to help, please email lindadart_2000@yahoo.com or call the church office. It would be helpful if you stated the quantity of food you are able to provide. Thank you.
The Cookie Walk is Saturday, November 30th from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. The cost is $10.00 per box and the lid must close. Sign up sheets for cookie donations and volunteers to help with the event are in the narthex.
The UCW is looking for new/almost new medium-sized cosmetic bags that will be used to fill with necessities and a sweet treat for the Christmas Cheer Board. For more information please contact Alana Davis at alanawdavis@gmail.com.
