WPUC Butterfly Garden

CHURCH AND MEMORIAL GARDENS – If you would like to be involved in watering the church gardens, please call the church office! Many hands make light work! 

Pastoral Care Group – If you are aware of anyone from our church community who might benefit from Pastoral Care support, you can speak with Sue Turley  (office@windsorparkunitedchurch.com or 204-256-8792) to share discreetly.  If you have some time in your schedule to connect with a shut-in or hospitalized individual from our church community by phone or in person, please reach out to Pat Lumsden (lumsdenpa@mymts.net or 204- 254-6301) for more information.
*Please note that during the summer, the answering machine will still be monitored even if the office is closed.

COOKIE BAKERS for West Broadway Community Ministry Meals – “THANK YOU” for your ongoing support in bringing in cookies for WBCM!  If you can bake and donate a few dozen cookies of any kind (at any time that suites your schedule), please label the package “FOR WEST BROADWAY” and bring your donation to the church during office hours or before Sunday worship at the church. Donations will be stored in the freezer until the next meal preparation/delivery day. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

PRAIRIE TO PINE U.C.W. RETREAT:
“HOPE IS…”

Prairie to Pine U.C.W. is hosting a retreat June 21 to 23, 2024 at Turtle Mountain Bible Camp in Boissevain, MB.  Registration fee is $175.00. Registration must be in by June 7, 2024 and must be accompanied by your cheque. Cheques are to be made payable to “Prairie to Pine Region U.C.W.” Please call Sue in the office at (204) 256-8792 for registration form and more information.

Prayer Requests from Prairie to Pine Regional Council

  • with the announcements about the concrete plans for the Search for the Prairie Green Landfill and the trial of the accused in the sentencing phase, our thoughts and prayers continue to be with the family and friendship circles of those most impacted, including the families of Morgan Harris and Mercedes Myran and all those who will be engaged in or impacted in any way by the five stages of the actual search process.
  • our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Dauphin and Carberry, family members, friends, the bus driver and first responders as the first anniversary of the bus crash near Carberry approaches on June 15.
